At TTRacing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ultimate seating experience; if your chair isn't the perfect fit, you can initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team via the official TTRacing website with your order number and reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the chair and pack all components back into the original TTRacing box, ensuring all protective materials are in place to prevent transit damage.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our logistics partners to schedule a convenient pickup time from your doorstep.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
